Job description:

Intradeco Apparel is a vertically integrated apparel manufacturer and distributor based in Miami, FL. We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst who will provide production, development, and testing support for our SAP R/3 4.6c environment.

The ideal candidate will have participated in at least 2 full life cycle SAP R/3 implementations. The candidate will either be a functional expert in both the SAP SD and SAP MM modules or will be an expert in one of these modules with strong skills in the other.

In addition, the candidate will have functioned as the primary SD or MM consultant in an SAP 4.6c implementation within the last 3 years. Preferably, the candidate will have experience with SD/FI and MM/FI integration. Experience with the FI/CO modules is a plus, especially in the areas of General Ledger, Cost Center, and Profit Center accounting. Knowledge and experience in the following areas of SAP and SAP integration will be a plus:

decentralized warehouse management
IDOC administration
Gentran Integration Suite – SAP R/3 integration
Catalyst WMS – SAP R/3 integration
SAP Smart Forms and Sapscript, particularly integration with Zebra printers
Transport management using STMS
CATT and LSMW data conversion tools
ABAP development, debugging, and optimization


Basic Requirements:• Bachelor Degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or any field in which detailed technical analysis and problem solving is required.• 3+ years of SAP Configuration, Testing, and Production experience in either the SD or MM modules required.• Additional SAP Configuration, Testing, and Production experience in the FI/CO modules preferred.• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including knowledge of pivot tables and vlookup functions would be a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. The candidate is expected to have the ability to write well structured business and technical memos and the ability to explain complex technical ideas in clear language.

My Client’s Miami office is looking for a Paralegal for their Bankruptcy team to assist lawyers with preparation of complex legal documents and technical legal research issues. They are looking specifically for candidates with at least 5 years experience in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 filings along with extensive knowledge of bankruptcy code rules.

Responsibilities of this position include:
Coordinating the organization and maintenance of documents and files
Setting up computer data bases to organize and store information; conducts research on Westlaw, LEXIS and other computer-research data bases
Coordinating trial preparation, transactional work and/or corporate or real estate closings as directed by lawyer.
Compiling and analyzing and reports on data from reference materials such as digests, legal encyclopedias, regulations, legislative decisions and practice manuals, and materials produced in the discovery process.

Qualifications:
Individuals applying for this position should possess a four-year college degree or equivalent paralegal experience with a paralegal certificate preferred.
